Joining Hoops and Dreams Academy is simple and fun! Follow these steps carefully so we have all the correct information to get you started on your basketball journey.
Step 1: Choose Your Program
Decide which program fits your goals:
1-year program
2-year program
3-year program
This will help us know how long you plan to train with us.
Step 2: Fill in Your Personal Information
Make sure everything is accurate so we can contact you easily:
First Name & Last Name – use your real name so we can reach you personally.
Email Address – double-check spelling, this is where we will send updates and next steps.
Phone Number – include your country code (e.g., +386 for Slovenia). Example: +386 30 123 456.
Date of Birth – use DD/MM/YYYY format with slashes. Example: 02/10/2006.
Country – tell us where you’re from.
Tip: Make sure your phone and email are active, because our team will contact you after you submit your application.
Step 3: Complete Your Player Profile
We want to know a little more about you physically and how you play:
Dominant Hand – right-handed or left-handed.
Height – in cm (centimeters). Example: 180 cm.
Weight – in kg (kilograms). Example: 70 kg.
This helps us place you in the right training groups.
Step 4: Share Your Basketball Experience
Tell us about your basketball journey in a short paragraph. You can include:
Teams you have played for
Competitions you participated in
Strengths and skills
Achievements or awards
Your basketball goals
Tip: Be honest and highlight your strengths. This helps us understand how we can support you best.
Step 5: Submit Your Application
Click the “Apply” button at the bottom of the form.
Once submitted:
You’ll see a confirmation page.
Our staff will review your application and contact you shortly.
We’ll guide you through the next steps, like scheduling a trial session or an interview.
Step 6: Stay Ready for Contact
Make sure your phone and email are active.
Respond promptly so we can schedule your session without delays.
